Looking For Trouble

I was gonna play some music with a friend of mine Got there a little early I needed to kill some time I went for some food and I was feeling fine I just had to get back at a quarter to nine When I went to the store, yes everything was on track I handled my business Lord and was headed on back That’s when this car pulled up and blocked me in And that’s about the time my friends that the trouble begin

I know it’s wrong to raise my hand But I just had to make a stand It had come down to fight or flight Just like the day divides the night And they were wrong and what’s right is right

I couldn’t get out this it was five against me But they had bad intentions for the lady next to me You can’t run away from your destiny Yes I just wanted them Lord to let me be
